24 year-old lady seeking volume enhancement and a fuller cleavage to give her a feminine curvy figure in 32A breasts. Smooth round gel implants (Allergan Inspira Full Profile, 345cc) were placed in a dual plane through a small breast fold incision. A dual plane was selected to conceal the cleavage area where there is less native breast tissue. Result at 4 months.
