39 year-old lady troubled by deflated asymmetrical 36B breasts after breastfeeding 2 children underwent breast enlargement to restore lost volume and improve self-confidence. Smooth round implants (Allergan Inspira Moderate Profile, 330-345cc) were placed in a dual plane through a small breast fold incision. A dual plane was selected to deliver a more natural look. Result at 12 months.
